Cypher the bounty hunter,who hails from Colarado, USA, has been a constant threat to the SLAM Superstars since SLAM's begining. This tough, trash talking, trouble maker only cares about money. The wrestlers he fights usually have had a price put on their heads by a rival Superstar and Cypher is always there to try to cash in.
